GETAWAY

Getaway is a motor sailor built in 2009, and she suits a party of up to eight who want a relaxed week on the water without the formality of a larger yacht. Her character is practical and unfussy, with a modern hull that moves between sailing and motoring as the day requires. She is a natural choice for a group of friends or a family who want to explore the coastline at their own pace.

Below deck, Getaway offers four cabins: one master, one double and two twins. This arrangement keeps the accommodation simple, with the master cabin set apart for those who want a little more privacy. The cabins give the charter a settled base for each night, and the group can spread out between cabins as the itinerary allows.

On deck, the principal amenities are a deck shower and sun mattresses, which are the places to spend the warm afternoons between anchorages. Snorkelling equipment is carried for time in the water. The onboard television, DVD player and FM radio add a little indoor entertainment for quieter evenings. A full list of toys and tenders is available on request.

Getaway cruises from May to October along the Bodrum Peninsula, Göcek and Fethiye, Marmaris and Datça, Kaş and Kekova, and the Dodecanese. She is operated with a professional crew that includes a captain and a chef, who look after navigation and the galley throughout the charter.
