Afroditi Yachting ("we") processes personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Enquiry and contact form data (name, e-mail, phone, travel wishes), newsletter subscriptions (double opt-in), concierge conversations (text of the questions and answers, pseudonymised IP hash), and technical logs necessary to secure the service.

Why

To answer enquiries and prepare charter proposals (contract preparation), to send newsletters you have opted into (consent), to improve the concierge's answers (legitimate interest), and to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interest).

Who sees it

Our charter team, our hosting provider in the EU (Hetzner, Germany), our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare), and, for concierge answers only, our AI provider (Anthropic) which does not train on your data. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries: duration of the business relationship plus statutory periods. Concierge conversations: 12 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to privacy@afroditiyachting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the KVKK Board or your local supervisory authority.
