Terms of charter.

All charters are concluded under the MYBA Charter Agreement (or the Turkish Standard Charter Agreement where required), between the charterer and the yacht's owning company, with Afroditi Yachting acting as broker.

Website information

Yacht particulars, rates and availability on this website and in concierge answers are indicative and believed correct but not guaranteed; they are confirmed in writing by a charter manager before any agreement.

Payments

50% of the charter fee on signature, balance plus APA and taxes five weeks before embarkation, by bank transfer to the stakeholder account named in the agreement.

Cancellation

As per the MYBA agreement. We strongly recommend cancellation and curtailment insurance.

Conduct

The captain has final authority over the safety of the yacht and may refuse to enter waters or weather deemed unsafe. Smoking is permitted on open decks only. Drugs and firearms are prohibited.
