Göcek or Bodrum? Choosing your embarkation port
Two very different ways to begin a week on the Turkish Riviera.
Guests often ask which of our two main bases to start from. The honest answer depends on what you want the first evening to feel like.
Bodrum
Energy. Yalıkavak Marina's restaurants, Gümüşlük's sunset tavernas, the castle and the museum, and the Greek islands within reach. Choose Bodrum for a sociable week, for crossings to Kos and Symi, and for larger yachts that enjoy open water.
Göcek
Stillness. Twenty minutes from Dalaman airport you are among the Twelve Islands, where the next anchorage is never more than an hour away and the water is mirror-flat. Choose Göcek for families, for first-time charterers, and for gulets.

Our favourite answer: a one-way charter from Bodrum to Göcek, around the Datça peninsula and past Knidos, with Marmaris's bays in between.
